Mark has over 20 years of experience in the health and lifestyle space, completing multiple yoga teacher certifications, combined with qualifications in fitness, nutrition, NLP and developmental coaching. His teaching style is supportive and encouraging with a genuine passion for helping people “feel their best” each and every day. Grounded in alignment and functional movement, Mark’s classes are designed for people to feel better, move easier, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
Yoga Qualifications include:
Mark has a combined 500hrs of Yoga Teacher Training, including Classical Hatha at the Sivananda International School of Yoga & Vedanta in India. Vinyasa training including functional anatomy and alignment, Yin Yoga and Philosophy. This allows for a personalised approach to your practice and an integrative approach to your fitness journey.
