Online Classes


We all know how important it is to keep up a regular exercise routine, but not everyone has the time to go to the studio for a class. If you realise the value in having a set time and routine for exercise, then online fitness classes for strength and wellness are you for you. Live classes have the added motivation of the instructor and group of people to exercise with. It’s good for your physical fitness and it’s also extremely beneficial for your mental health too.

Online fitness classes are for those who like something that is interactive where you can receive in-the-moment and real time feedback from the instructor. They are not pre-recorded or live streamed where you simply follow along as best you can. Joining online fitness classes takes the stress and guesswork out of having to come up with your own workout programs with the reassurance that each session will be balanced, effective and safe.

Mark has over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry working with different demographics, ages and fitness levels. He has certificates in Personal Training, Yoga, Advanced Nutrition, NLP, Integral Semantics and Developmental Coaching. This will assist you in not just living the life you want, but more importantly living it well.

All online fitness classes are delivered via zoom, they are not pre-recorded or live-streamed to the masses, they are designed to be interactive & supportive with real-time feedback. They are virtually the closest thing you will get to being in the studio with your teacher.



Mark’s classes are grounded in alignment and functional movement. They are designed for people to feel better, move easier, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing. Completing his yoga teacher training at the Sivananda International School of Yoga & Vedanta in India, and other teacher trainings here in Australia.

Mark’s intention is to take your experience beyond just the physical by supporting you to explore a deeper and more subtle awareness of the body and the mind. His teaching style is supportive and encouraging to help people feel their best each and every day. 



You don’t need to smash yourself in the gym or lift super heavy weights to be in great shape. In fact, overtraining can become counterproductive and cause injury and fatigue. Unfortunately modern day trends and social media will have you thinking that every workout needs to be super high intensity and leave you absolutely wrecked and sore for days. This is simply not true. 

Moderate and consistent strength training with a focus on functional movement and mobility can be done with a variety of minimal equipment and bodyweight exercises. This will deliver far greater and longer lasting results. Mark’s workouts prioritise safety and effectiveness in a low-impact class that will challenge to beginner all the way through to even the fittest athlete.

Mark uses a blend of techniques from NLP, Meta-Coaching, Integral Semantics and Developmental Coaching. This approach will take you through a four step process as you become crystal clear around what your heart truly wants to create in this life. Clarity – Intention – Motivation – Creation .
