ABOUT YOUR TRAINER
With 25 years of experience in the world of group fitness, Mark’s area of expertise is designing motivating, dynamic and functional workouts for people of all ages and abilities. His online group fitness program delivers the same style of workout he would teach in the studio, just modified to use a set of dumbbells and your own bodyweight - at home, or anywhere you like. Mark has taught group fitness globally, written for numerous magazines, and presented on several digital health and wellness platforms including Jillian Michael's FITFUSION.
STRENGTH - CARDIO - CORE
Strength classes are designed to use minimal equipment and body weight. A set of dumbbells will get the best results, but you can easily improvise with anything else you have around the house and modify the workout to suit your own fitness level. All classes are designed around functional movements that create a balanced and effective full body workout that prioritises safety to challenge a beginner all the way through to the fittest athlete.
MOBILITY - RECOVERY - ALIGNMENT
Wellness classes are designed for people to feel better, move easier, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing. All wellness classes are grounded in alignment and functional movement with a major focus on stretching the body, relaxing the mind and calming the nervous system where our body can regenerate and repair. There are two classes to choose from, a 30 minute mobility stretch and a 45 minute flow yoga.
Joining our online group training classes takes away any stress or guesswork, with the reassurance that each session will be balanced, effective and safe. All classes are interactive & supportive with real-time feedback and support. They are virtually the closest thing you will get to being in the studio.
Our online group training program will provide you with workouts that are tried and tested, and part of an ongoing program. Each week consists of a workout-of-the-week, a flow yoga class and a mobility stretching class designed to synergistically work together to assist you in improving your functional mobility and providing optimal recovery for your body.
The programming is easy to follow at home, and you can repeat workouts at your own convenience from the content library. All of your on-demand classes in the content library are recorded free of background music, so you can play and enjoy your own music as you workout.
