ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF BERRIES EVERYDAY

Mixed berries not only taste great, they are asked full of vitamins and provide a real boost of energy. Enjoy this Mixed berry smoothie anytime of the day. 

Serves: 1

Prep time: 2 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 500ml of cold water
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder of your choice
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

METHOD

Add water, protein powder, oats and berries to blender. Blend for about 1 minute for proper consistency. Serve and enjoy!
