EXTEND® is a fitness based stretching and mobility session will increase your flexibility, help prevent injuries and improve your mind-body connection, in a non-traditional, yet highly functional variety of flow and static sequences.
By combining stretch/release techniques, yoga style sequences and slow stretches to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue around the joints and ligaments, this method is designed to systematically align and calm your body and mind, by synchronizing your breath with the movements.
Mobility has a direct correlation to freedom of movement. When our movement is restricted we greatly increase the chance of injury and place unnecessary stress and anxiety on our body. Practicing functional mobility through your training schedule will help release muscle tension points, increase your joint mobility, realign your posture and aid longevity in your quality of life.
