- 1 mixed green salad
- 2 barbecue or baked chicken thighs
- 1 cup crumbled Fetta cheese
- 1 cup almonds
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, blueberries or sliced apples
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- BBQ chicken thighs for approximately 10 mins
- Fill large bowl with mixed green salad
- Layer on rest of the ingredients.
