BANANA CHOCOLATE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

A SMOOTH BREAKST IDEA

Need a quick and healthy high protein breakfast on the go? This banana and chocolate breakfast smoothie does the job and only takes five minutes to make.

METHOD

Place all ingredients into blender and mix until desired consistency. If extra sweetness is required, add some organic agave. Avoid using artificial sweeteners.

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop (30g) Preferably raw vegan

1 heaped tsp. or (10g) Organic Ground Flax Meal

1 heaped tsp. Organic Cocoa Powder

1 Medium/Large Banana (for a cold smoothie use frozen a frozen banana)

1 Cup (250ml) Organic Rice, Almond, Coconut or any other alternative you prefer.
