Online Classes


We all know how important it is to keep up a regular exercise routine, but not everyone has the time to go to the studio for a class. If you realise the value in taking a break throughout the day to exercise and stretch, then online fitness classes for strength and wellness are for you. Live online classes have the added motivation of the instructor with a set time and routine for exercise. This is beneficial for your physical fitness and for your mental health too.

Joining online fitness classes takes the stress and guesswork out of having to come up with your own workout programs with the reassurance that each session will be balanced, effective and safe. All online fitness classes are delivered via zoom, and are designed to be interactive & supportive with real-time, in-the-moment feedback and guidance. They are virtually the closest thing you will get to being in the studio with an instructor.

Mark has over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry working with different demographics, ages and fitness levels. He has certificates in Personal Training, Yoga, Advanced Nutrition, NLP, Integral Semantics and Developmental Coaching. This will assist you with your overall wellbeing, as well as your physical fitness.



Wellness classes are designed for people to feel better, move easier, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing. All wellness classes are grounded in alignment and functional movement with a major focus on stretching the body, relaxing the mind and calming the nervous system. 

There are two wellness classes to choose from. A 30 minute restorative yoga stretch and a 45 minute mobility yoga flow. Mark’s teaching style is supportive and encouraging to help people feel their best each and every day.



Strength classes are designed to use minimal equipment and body weight. A set of dumbbells will get the best results, but you can easily improvise with anything else you have around the house. You can easily modify the workout to suit your own fitness level. 

All strength classes are designed around functional movements to make a full body workout that changes from week-to-week. All workouts prioritise safety and effectiveness to challenge a beginner all the way through to even the fittest athlete.
