Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries, Oats and Honey

Felling a bit sluggish and need a healthy snack to energise your body to get you through your day? Try this guilt free protein packed recipe that is high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants great for a pre or post workout. Your body will thank you!

Prep Time: 5 minutes. Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 full fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Mixed Berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • Walnuts, small handful
  • Drizzle of Honey

METHOD

  • Add mixed berries to bowl. If you are using frozen berries, just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Add Greek Yogurt, oats and walnuts.
  • Drizzle with honey.

Greek Yogurt:

Contains double the protein of most regular yogurts and is a great source of calcium which is key in bone and teeth health as well as heart and nerve function. Oats:

Contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, and antioxidants. They are a great source of energy and rich in Vitamin E, copper, magnesium, and iron that are essential for optimum health.
